My name is Elaina Robinson and I am a certified professional coach, educator, nurse and leader. My career has been committed to building spaces where people feel cared about as humans, respected for their unique experience and have a deep sense of belonging.
I bring decades of healthcare leadership and board certification in professional development, with a focus on performance, engagement and competency-based learning. I have expertise in workforce development, specifically program development and leader support for career transitions.

My coaching philosophy is rooted in the concept that you are coming to coaching as a whole person and already in possession of all that is needed. My role as your coach is to listen deeply and help you make new meaning to what is emerging through our explorative discussion. I can offer support as you uncover your own patterns, offer insights and new language for navigating stressful environments, and collaborate to develop strategies for healthy and mindful connections at work and beyond.
I can help you to further develop your emotional fluency through the use of evidence-based assessments. I believe that the ability to connect with your internal experience is the foundation for making informed and conscious leadership choices and creating space to be your authentic self in personal and professional relationships.
